Aluminium windows - crittall window replacements
Aluminium windows are a natural and complimentary metal window product for traditional homes that have older steel or crittall windows. Tec Glass can supply and install a slim line aluminium window that will mimic a steel window in terms of sight lines but provide many additional benefits, the critical ones being price, thermal efficiency and maintenance.
As a company we are biased in this respect - in terms of the environment and impact on recycling and restoration. Aluminium is the most abundant metal on earth (8% of earth’s crust) and can be recycled without seriously affecting quality (e.g. tin cans) and also is highly resistant to weather and corrosion. So we are not ashamed to promote this alternative to new crittall or steel windows, and an aluminium window is also superior and more durable than a double-glazed uPVC window.

Aluminium windows - the benefits over steel windows
Rather than replace crittall or steel windows with new why not consider all the options?
